Telemedicine $50 Per Call Covers:
A Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner can assess, diagnose & treat with full prescriptive authority Via: Telemedicine or in the comfort of your home. Concierge mobile services available.
Examples Of What We Treat:
Our Concierge providers can treat anything from a: sore throat, ear ache, sinus infection, eye infections, respiratory infections, skin infections, urinary tract infections and more. Also, blood test such as complete blood count, basic metabolic panel & more. Most can be done via: Telemedicine.
Prescription Requirements
Our Concierge providers can call in prescription refills or new prescriptions to a convenient pharmacy near you!
- Ages 18 and older.
- No narcotics prescribed.
- Some conditions may require an in-person visit to diagnose and treat.
- We do not accept health insurance; payment is due before provider services take place.
Schedule your TeleMedicine Visit
Call Invigorate Wellness Medical of Trinity to receive your intake forms. We send them via our secure portal right to your email. Once completed, the provider will be contacting you at your scheduled time. Any medications ordered will be conveniently sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Please add all pharmacy information on your intake paperwork including pharmacy name, address and phone number.
