Sarafem “Sam” Kakaes, is a Board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. He has extensive experience in health and medical practices, ER, education, and vascular insertions. Also, he attended training and successfully completed extensive hours in IV therapy, testosterone and peptide education courses. Most recently, Sam has become a published author and has written a course for medical professionals to learn how to open and run their own IV vitamin therapy clinic. Sam works closely with our clients in Tampa and Trinity to provide them with personalized, high-quality concierge service. As a Nurse Practitioner, he has seen a lot who have suffered from medical conditions and could not achieve results from conventional means. Sam decided to devote his time researching and attending training on alternative treatments to be able to help others feel well.

Dr. Joseph Repay is a board-certified, Internal Medicine Physician with extensive clinical, academic and concierge primary care experience. Chandra has a bachelor’s in business management and 20 years’ experience in managing teams, human resources, and coordinating office administration and procedures. As an office manager Chandra has dedicated her career to ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care while managing the complex operations of a medical office. In her role, she oversees the daily operations of the medical practice, including managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient workflows. She is responsible for coordinating patient care, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries. Outside of work, She enjoys staying active and spending time with her family. She is a avid reader and enjoy learning about new developments in healthcare management and administration.

As an assistant office manager and MA, her career has been shaped by her passion for organization and customer service. She began her career as a medical receptionist, working her way up through the ranks to become an integral part of the office management team. Hannah finds her job incredibly rewarding. “I have the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. Every day, I am inspired by the compassion and commitment our medical professionals bring to their work.” In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, going to the beach, and trying new experiences. “My experiences in the medical field have taught me the importance of balance and self-care, and I make it a priority to take care of myself both physically and mentally.”
